Good to know
- Can you work from an old, damaged photograph?
- Often, yes — scratches, fading and colour casts tend to disappear in the painted version. You see the result before paying, so there's no risk in trying.
- How many people or pets can be in the photo?
- Up to 5, all in one photo; we can't combine separate photos yet. With more than 3, each face is smaller, so check every one in the preview. If we count more than 5 when you upload, we'll tell you before you make previews.
- Can I change it after I see it?
- Yes. Try another style or another photo, edit the caption, or start again; the preview costs you nothing. Once you approve and order, we print exactly that version.
