Questions people ask.

Can you work from an old, damaged photograph?: Often, yes — scratches, fading and colour casts tend to disappear in the painted version. You see the result before paying, so there's no risk in trying.
How many people or pets can be in the photo?: Each design says how many it takes, up to 5, everyone in one photo. With bigger groups each face is smaller, so check every one in the preview before you approve.
