Terms of sale

1. Who you're buying from

Products on fondkept.com are sold by LMARA FZE LLC (“Fondkept”, “we”). Support: hello@fondkept.com.

2. Orders

An order is placed when you approve an artwork and complete checkout. We confirm by email. We may decline an order — for example if the photo breaches our personalisation policy — and will refund any payment.

3. Personalised products

Products are made to order from artwork you have approved. Approved artwork is final. Personalised goods are exempt from change-of-mind returns and, where applicable, from the statutory cooling-off period. Our reprint promise for damaged or defective items is set out in Returns & reprints.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include applicable sales tax or VAT where required. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.

5. Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are shown on the Shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload, including the consent of any identifiable person. You grant us a limited licence to process it to fulfil your order. You are responsible for content you upload.

7. Our content

The Fondkept name, site and designs are ours. You may use the finished artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for faulty goods under consumer law.

9. Disputes

Email us first — most issues are solved in one reply. Consumers retain the protections of the law of their country of residence, which nothing in these terms takes away.
